Your purchase of Liberty State Park License Plates Now that the initial costs of this specialty plate are paid off, almost of your purchase fee goes to the NJDEP to support LSP programs and projects.
    LSP license plates are available at any Motor Vehicle agency or you can call for a mail-in application.

    The first year's fee is $50; renewals of the same plate are $10 yearly. Plate numbers and letters can be personalized with up to five characters for an initial fee of $100 (plus the yearly fee).
