Jeff Kaplowitz took the photo above, on 6/6/03 from the top of the Goldman Sachs building before it was completely closed in. Jeff was at 800 feet above the ground looking down at LSP and the Hudson River. The photo was taken before the 9/11 memorial hill eliminated the Terminal Public Plaza.
